Responsibilities: • Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward • Perform due diligence on real estate market and geographical trends, partnership and investment models, and prepare contracts, letter of intent, and other business administration paperwork to ensure sales • Act as an intermediary between your sellers and buyers to ensure a smooth close • Use market trends, comps, data research, site walks, and outreach to assess property value and condition • Facilitate the contract process by building rapport and overcoming objections with clients Qualifications: • Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed • Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments • Great communication • Self starter • Income reflects when hitting goals • Sales experience Compensation: $160,000+
