This means direct mentorship, shared strategies, and access to the same tools and systems used by high-level producers. You’ll learn how to structure deals, manage lead flow, and close with confidence—all while building a sustainable real estate business. Our team provides a strong foundation of support and consistent lead opportunities, so you're never starting from scratch. From inbound property leads to investor connections, you'll have what you need to stay active, focused, and profitable. Responsibilities: • Reply quickly to all incoming leads and client requests for information • Use market trends, comps, data research, site walks, and outreach to assess property value and condition • Ensure a smooth transaction between buyers and sellers • Utilize the CRM daily to track all necessary contact interaction details and monitor sales process • Perform due diligence on real estate market and geographical trends, partnership and investment models, and prepare contracts, letter of intent, and other business administration paperwork to ensure sales • Team and database lead generation • Find acquisition properties • Develop builder, developer, and contractor network • Investment property lead generation • Investment property lead follow-up • Listing appointments • Investment property buyer and seller sales • Close appointments • Sales scripts mastery Qualifications: • Top-notch written and verbal communication skills and superior phone etiquette required • Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-oriented • A real estate license is required • Good communication • Sales experience Compensation: $80,000 - $170,000 at plan
