Responsibilities: • Follow up on all leads and requests for information • Prepare letters of intent, real estate market research reports, partnership models, contracts, due diligence documents, and other business administration paperwork in advance of real estate transactions • Act as an intermediary between your sellers and buyers to ensure a smooth close • Gain trust with prospects to overcome objections and facilitate a signed contract Qualifications: • Requires an enthusiastic passion for real estate asset sales and goal-oriented personality • Top-notch written and verbal communication skills and superior phone etiquette required • Real estate license required to earn commissions • If you are unlicensed, we will guide you through the steps toward licensing while you learn the business and become part of the team plan. Compensation: $160,000 at plan
