Responsibilities: • Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward • Gain trust with prospects to overcome objections and facilitate a signed contract • Prepare letters of intent, real estate market research reports, partnership models, contracts, due diligence documents, and other business administration paperwork in advance of real estate transactions • Perform analysis on property value using comps, data, site walks, market trends, and research • Liaise between buyers and sellers to ensure a satisfactory transaction • Find acquisition properties • Develop a builder, developer, and contractor network • Investment property lead generation • Investment property lead follow-up • Listing appointments • Investment property buyer and seller sales Qualifications: • Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments • Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed • Real estate license required to work with clients and earn commissions • Great communication Compensation: $160,000+ at plan
