Responsibilities: • Monitor the sales process and document follow up by tracking all interaction details in the CRM • Perform analysis on property value using comps, data, site walks, market trends, and research • Facilitate the contract process by building rapport and overcoming objections with clients • Reply quickly to all incoming leads and client requests for information • Client Engagement: Convert leads into appointments, present offers, and secure purchase agreements. • Negotiation : Effectively negotiate purchase terms and oversee negotiations for sellers. • Market Relationships: Build and maintain relationships throughout the market to identify future acquisition opportunities. • Utilize the CRM daily to track all necessary contact interaction details and monitor the sales process. • Facilitate the contract process by building rapport and overcoming objections with clients. Qualifications: • Top-notch written and verbal communication skills and superior phone etiquette required • Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-oriented • Exceptional people skills. • Excellent problem-solving skills. • Organizational and time-management prowess. • Ability to remain calm under pressure. • Proficient computer skills. • High school diploma (Real estate license is a plus). Compensation: $83,000 - $120,000 yearly
