Responsibilities: • Utilize the CRM daily to track all necessary contact interaction details and monitor sales process • Act as an intermediary between your sellers and buyers to ensure a smooth close • Gain trust with prospects to overcome objections and facilitate a signed contract • Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward • Perform analysis on property value using comps, data, site walks, market trends, and research • Lead follow up • Real estate sales • Database campaigns • Lead generation • Set appointments • Network with contractors and small-scale developers • Close sales • Sales scripts mastery Qualifications: • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Requires an enthusiastic passion for real estate asset sales and goal-oriented personality • A real estate license is required • Good communication • Sales experience • Must live within the greater Phoenix area Compensation: $170,000 at plan
