Responsibilities: • Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and get the deal signed • Assess comparables, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, site walks, and market trends • Research investment and partnership models, real estate market and geographical trends, and prepare letters of intent, contracts, and other business administration paperwork as needed for the sale • Follow up on all leads and requests for information • Monitor the sales process and document follow up by tracking all interaction details in the CRM • Build relationships with homeowners through consistent prospecting • Identify properties with deferred maintenance or potential investment opportunities • Connect property opportunities with acquisition teams and investor buyers • Maintain follow-up and communication with homeowners and investor contacts Qualifications: • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-oriented • Real estate license is required in order to work with clients and earn commissions • Ability to be a self starter and work independently • Understanding of ROI and profit loss statements • Coachable and trainable • Interest in learning how to prospect and source real estate opportunities • Strong communication and relationship building skills • Organized with the ability to track conversations and follow up consistently • Motivated to grow a network of investors and acquisition partners Compensation: $160,000 at plan commissions
