Spark Capital is seeking a motivated and driven Real Estate Junior Acquisitions Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will speak directly with homeowners, build rapport, identify seller motivation, and help acquire off-market residential properties. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with sales, customer service, call center, or appointment-setting experience who want to build a long-term career in real estate investing. Compensation includes a competitive base salary plus commissions on closed deals. Responsibilities: • Contact property owners via phone and follow up with leads in the CRM. • Gather property information and determine seller motivation. • Build rapport with homeowners and maintain professional communication. • Schedule appointments and assist with negotiating purchase agreements. • Maintain accurate records, notes, and follow-up activities. • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals. • Collaborate with Acquisition Managers, Disposition Managers, and Transaction Coordinators. • Consistently manage and nurture leads through the sales pipeline. Qualifications: • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. • At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, cold calling, appointment setting, or a related field preferred. • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • Goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed in a commission-based environment. • Comfortable speaking with homeowners and handling objections over the phone. • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-up skills. • Ability to multitask and manage leads effectively in a CRM system. • Positive attitude, coachable mindset, and willingness to learn. • Reliable attendance and ability to work full-time in an in-office environment. • Real estate investing, wholesaling, or acquisitions experience is a plus but not required. Compensation: $30,000 - $50,000 yearly
