Spark Capital is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Junior Disposition Specialist to join our growing real estate investment team. In this role, you will work directly with investors, cash buyers, and real estate professionals to market and sell properties under contract. You'll be responsible for building buyer relationships, coordinating property marketing efforts, and helping ensure transactions move smoothly from contract to closing. Responsibilities: • Market company properties to investors and cash buyers. • Build and maintain relationships with buyers and investment partners. • Follow up with prospective buyers via phone, text, and email. • Coordinate property showings and buyer inquiries. • Negotiate pricing and contract terms with buyers. • Maintain accurate records and updates within the CRM. • Collaborate with Acquisitions and Transaction Coordination teams to facilitate closings. • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales and activity goals. Qualifications: • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. • At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, account management, or a related field preferred. • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills. • Comfortable speaking with buyers and investors throughout the day. • Highly organized with strong follow-up and time-management abilities. • Ability to multitask and manage multiple transactions simultaneously. • Experience using CRM systems is preferred. • Positive attitude, coachable mindset, and strong work ethic. • Reliable attendance and ability to work full-time in an in-office environment. • Real estate investing, wholesaling, or disposition experience is a plus but not required. Compensation: $40,000 - $60,000 yearly
