Charleston, SC | Full-Time | Growth Opportunity An established Charleston real estate professional with 20+ years of experience in residential sales and active real estate investing is seeking one highly motivated individual to work directly alongside him in a hands-on apprenticeship-style role. This is not a typical Realtor or assistant position but more of a hybrid role opportunity. This role combines field work, administrative support, and direct mentorship in real estate sales and investing. You will gain exposure to high-level deal flow, client strategy, negotiations, renovation projects, and investment analysis — while playing an integral role in supporting daily operations. The right candidate will grow quickly through real-world experience. What You’ll Be Doing • Attending showings and appointments throughout the Tri-County area • Assisting with buyer and seller client communications • Supporting negotiations and transaction coordination • Visiting renovation and flip job sites • Helping analyze rental and investment opportunities • Managing scheduling and field logistics • Providing administrative and operational support • Learning the day-to-day operations of a high-producing real estate business This position is primarily field-based, not a desk-only role. Ideal Candidate • Early-career professional (real estate or business focused) • Competitive background (athletics or high-performance environments valued) • Polished, professional, and well-spoken • Highly organized and detail-oriented • Flexible schedule with strong availability (including evenings/weekends when needed) • Coachable and eager to learn • Self-starter with strong work ethic • Long-term mindset toward building a real estate career South Carolina real estate license required. Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person Responsibilities: • Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes • Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs • Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience • Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline • Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth Qualifications: • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) • Technology driven • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently • A successful and proven sales history is preferred • Organized and manages time effectively Compensation: $50,000 - $100,000 yearly
