Martino Law Group, LLC is seeking a full-time Real Estate Attorney to join our firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential and/or commercial real estate transactions, including purchase and sale agreements, title review, closings, and lender representation. Candidate will ideally bring an existing book of business or strong referral relationships. Responsibilities: Lead Real Estate Transactions • Independently manage residential and commercial real estate files from initial client contact through post-closing, with minimal oversight. Draft, Negotiate, and Review Documents • Handle P&S agreements, leases, deeds, escrow instructions, title affidavits, closing disclosures, and lender-required documents with a high level of precision. Title Review and Resolution • Conduct and review title searches; identify and resolve title issues including liens, encroachments, and probate-related complications. Work directly with title insurers as needed. Coordinate Closings • Oversee all closing logistics, including scheduling, funding coordination, disbursements, and final title policies. Ensure smooth communication among buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and internal staff. Client Management and Advisory • Serve as the key legal advisor to clients, offering clear and strategic guidance throughout the transaction. Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with repeat clients and referring partners. Compliance and Risk Management • Ensure strict adherence to state and federal regulations, firm protocols, lender guidelines, and ethical obligations. Proactively identify and mitigate risk in complex transactions. Mentorship and Team Support • Assist in mentoring junior attorneys and paralegals when needed. Provide oversight on document preparation and ensure quality control across your files. Optional Estate Planning Involvement • If qualified or interested, assist with drafting basic estate planning documents (wills, trusts, health care proxies) and advising clients on property transfer strategies. Qualifications: • 3–15 years of experience in Estate Planning and/or Real Estate Law • Licensed and in good standing in Massachusetts (NH license a plus) • Proficiency with WealthCounsel is highly preferred • Experience with Clio , Lawmatics , or similar CRM/case management software is a plus • Comfortable in a client-facing role — you must know how to manage relationships and inspire trust • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Entrepreneurial mindset — we’re growing fast, and so should you Nice to Have: • Experience or demonstrated interest in estate planning (willing to train the right candidate) • Familiarity with probate procedures and drafting of wills and trusts Compensation: $93,891 - $109,432 yearly
