Compensation: This remote cold calling position offers a competitive base pay along with industry-leading performance bonuses. We believe in rewarding our team members for their hard work and dedication: • Base Pay: $360 bi-weekly • Performance Bonuses: Successful employees can expect to earn an additional 30% of their monthly base pay through performance incentives. We provide all the necessary leads, comprehensive training, and robust systems to ensure your success. Your contribution will be a great attitude and exceptional follow-up skills. Work Schedule: You must be available to work generally within our core hours of 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Eastern Time USA (with some flexibility, +/- one hour), Monday through Friday. Responsibilities: Roles & Responsibilities: As a Remote Real Estate Cold Caller, your primary responsibilities will include: • Initiating outbound calls to cold prospects. • Engaging potential sellers in meaningful conversations about their properties. • Identifying and qualifying new leads for our acquisition team. • Maintaining accurate records of all communications and lead information. • Collaborating with the team to optimize calling strategies and scripts. All training and scripts will be provided. However, you must possess a solid foundation of a great attitude, a commitment to professional growth, and the ability to quickly connect with people on a deeper-than-average level over the phone. Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you must possess the following: • A genuine love for talking to people and building rapport. • A heart for service and a desire to help others. • Stable, reliable, and fast internet connection and consistent power supply. • Extremely good English communication skills, both verbal and written, with clear articulation.6-12 months of cold calling experience is required. • Exceptional listening skills and the ability to take detailed and accurate notes. • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a proactive approach. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
