    This role is the heartbeat of our lead flow and follow-up engine. You’ll keep our CRM sharp, organized, and running at full speed so every lead is tracked, worked, and never forgotten. You’ll manage fresh data uploads each month, build and refine our best marketing lists, and act as a second set of eyes to make sure our team is communicating quickly and consistently with every seller. You’ll also support behind-the-scenes systems, tech, and automations (like Zapier) that keep our operation moving fast. Responsibilities: • Ensure our CRM is meticulously maintained, organized, and optimized for peak performance. • Manage monthly data uploads, ensuring all information is current and accurately reflected in our systems. • Develop and refine marketing lists to enhance lead generation and conversion rates. • Monitor team communication to guarantee prompt, consistent engagement with every seller. • Support and enhance behind-the-scenes systems and automations to streamline operations. • Monthly marketing reports Qualifications: • Experience in managing and optimizing CRM systems to ensure seamless operations. • Ability to handle monthly data uploads with precision and accuracy. • Proven track record of developing and refining marketing lists to boost lead generation. • Experience in supporting and improving operational systems and automations, such as Zapier. • Ability to generate and analyze monthly marketing reports to inform strategic decisions. • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus, but not required. Compensation: $10,400 - $16,640 yearly
