Compensation: Hourly pay + commissions on closed deals. This is a full-time position. Responsibilities: • Connect with new leads in our CRM through calls and texts. • Develop relationships and build trust with potential sellers. • Assess and qualify leads using predefined criteria. • Assist sellers throughout the sales process. • Spot and capitalize on potential deal opportunities. • Keep open communication and nurture lead relationships over time. Qualifications: • A strong communicator who thrives on building relationships. • Persistent and able to overcome obstacles with ease. • Demonstrated success in previous roles. • Trustworthy and upfront in all interactions. • Flexible and open to learning new strategies.
