Responsibilities: • Use a variety of social media and company’s website to display potential properties to help prompt quick turn around • Prepare for market changes by researching local rates and calculating costs to ensure competitive and fair pricing • Become acquainted with client expectations of housing and finances and highlight properties that meet those expectations • Ensure proper maintenance and inspect properties periodically to maintain our level of company standards • Present properties and provided amenities in a positive light to prospective tenants to help secure rental agreement • Follow the Commercial Team plan of action • Commercial real estate leasing and sales • Database • Lead generation • CRM management • Contracts Qualifications: • Proven track of successful sales record • Good knowledge of leasing rules and regulations • Competent in Microsoft Office programs and willingness to learn new programs and systems • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Real Estate license required • Commission opportunity • Great communication Compensation: $80,000 - $150,000 at plan
