Responsibilities: • Ensure proper maintenance and inspect properties periodically to maintain our level of company standards • Become acquainted with client expectations of housing and finances and highlight properties that meet those expectations • Work with tenants by negotiating leases and collecting security deposits in order to close the deal • Show prospective tenants properties and highlight the provided amenities to help ensure rental contract • Explain the requirements for potential tenants • Review the rental application process with potential tenants • Meet and qualify for rental opportunities provided to you by the company Qualifications: • Good knowledge of leasing rules and regulations • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal • Past sales experience is preferred • Ability to use computer programs such as Microsoft Office, Excel and Publisher • Knowledge of types of homes and their heating systems • Strong knowledge of neighborhoods in Philadelphia Compensation: $55,000+ at plan commission
