Responsibilities: • Showcase properties and their amenities to potential tenants in order to help secure rental contracts • Work with tenants by negotiating leases and collecting security deposits in order to close the deal • Arrange for any required maintenance and periodically inspect properties to ensure our level of company standards are being upheld • Verify all rental applications and personal references are true and accurate • Prepare for market changes by researching local rates and calculating costs to ensure competitive and fair pricing Qualifications: • Familiar with leasing regulations • Ability to use computer programs such as Microsoft Office, Excel and Publisher • Proven track of successful sales record • Excellent communication and negotiation skills Compensation: $55,000 - $65,000 yearly
