Responsibilities: • Become acquainted with client expectations of housing and finances and highlight properties that meet those expectations • Promote available properties using various social media and websites to help ensure quick rental contracts • Confirm rental application data and personal references to ensure accuracy • Present properties and provided amenities in a positive light to prospective tenants to help secure rental agreement • Ensure proper maintenance and inspect properties periodically to maintain our level of company standards • Follow the Commercial Team's plan of action • Commercial real estate leasing and sales • Database • Lead generation • CRM management • Contracts Qualifications: • Ability to communicate effectively both oral and written • Proven track of successful sales record • Good knowledge of leasing rules and regulations • Competent in Microsoft Office programs and willingness to learn new programs and systems • Real Estate license required • Great communication Compensation: $150,000 at plan
