Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
Answer and route incoming phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner
Manage physical and digital client files, including scanning, labeling, and filing
Assist attorneys and paralegals with administrative tasks as needed
Coordinate client communications and follow-ups
Maintain the reception area and assist with basic office upkeep
Support scheduling, mail handling, and document preparation as needed
Qualifications:
Previous administrative or legal office experience preferred, especially in real estate or customer-facing roles
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Professional demeanor and a friendly, client-centered attitude
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment
Must be able to pass a criminal background check
