Responsibilities: • Making outbound calls, communicating via email and overseeing and managing the sales pipeline are primary responsibilities to ensure the buying/selling needs of our customers are met • Provide up-to-date information regarding customers and where they are in the home buying and selling process so that agents act quickly and efficiently • Produces sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure all sales goals are met • Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections to demonstrate the professionalism and integrity that our team prides itself on • Engage with customers to set appointments with field agents in order to provide quick response times to their needs Qualifications: • Master organizer of systems, files and your time with excellent follow-up skills • Is dynamic, articulate and well-spoken • Decisive and proactive in the sales process • Strong problem solving skills with solution oriented focus • Possesses relationship building skills, able to uncover client needs and find new sales opportunities Compensation: $100,000+ at plan yearly
