Responsibilities: • Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to effectively promote property listings. • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored real estate solutions. • Conduct market analysis to determine competitive pricing and positioning of properties. • Coordinate and host open houses and property showings to attract potential buyers. • Negotiate offers and contracts, ensuring favorable terms for clients. • Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and feedback throughout the selling process. • Utilize our comprehensive support system to generate and manage daily qualified leads efficiently and effectively. Qualifications: • Active Wisconsin Real Estate License , or currently enrolled in coursework to obtain one. • Strong knowledge of Dane County and surrounding markets (or willingness to learn quickly). • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with clients and teammates. • Proven ability to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously, with strong attention to detail. • Confident using CRM systems, email, and phone outreach to manage leads and follow-up tasks. • Comfortable with in-person client meetings, property showings, and open houses. • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills , with a client-first mindset. • Self-motivated, accountable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. • Willingness to work some evenings and weekends to accommodate client schedules. • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
