Our reverse prospecting system and high-converting inside sales team deliver vetted, ready-to-sell listing appointments directly to our agents, no cold calling or door knocking required. Last week alone, we handed out 2–3 pre-set listing appointments per agent... but we’re short on agents to serve them. Responsibilities: • Meet with pre-qualified Sellers and help them through the listing process • Provide top-tier service that earns you referrals and repeat clients • Follow up with leads using proven systems that drive results • Host open houses (all leads go directly to the host agent) • Stay accountable by participating in weekly training and sales meetings • Keep your CRM and calendar up to date for consistent appointments Qualifications: • Must have a valid Real Estate License • Shows in-depth knowledge of real estate industry and can accurately conduct market research • Great communication skills, interpersonal skills, and time management skills • Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Has a real estate license • Team player who believes their success is the team’s success Compensation: $150,000 + Annually
