Responsibilities: • Attend closing processes to provide support to the customer when appropriate • Acquire new leads from sales agents and reach out to them to set up listing appointments • Close the best deal possible by negotiating contracts with buyer’s agents • Manage all aspects of MLS listings, including filling out listing paperwork, posting to MLS, posting to social media, and producing a marketing plan that leads to quick sales • Achieve the best deal possible for the seller by conducting extensive market analysis to determine the listing price • Lead generation • Database • Smart campaigns • Lead follow-up • CRM mastery • Follow the team plan • Close listings • Sales talk Qualifications: • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Strong communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills • Currently licensed in real estate • Able to conduct in-depth market research and showcases clear understanding of the real estate industry • Completes tasks quickly and efficiently • Real estate license required to work with clients and earn income • If you do not have your license, we can help you obtain one • Sales experience • Good communication Compensation: $140,000+
