Responsibilities: • Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service • Provide sellers with a clear listing presentation that includes key selling points and the suggested asking price • Market and stage homes to help attract potential buyers quickly • Hold open houses and coordinate all home inspections and showings • Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business • Lead follow up • Real estate sales • Database campaigns • Lead generation • Close listings • Execute appointments • Set appointments • Sales scripts mastery Qualifications: • Strong communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills • Ability to use real estate CRM to keep client data safe and orderly • Completes tasks quickly and efficiently • Team player who believes their success is the team’s success • Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Sales experience • Real estate license required Compensation: $135,000 at plan
