First-year earning potential when hitting goals: $140,000+ In this position, you’ll learn to convert seller opportunities, manage listing presentations, and drive transactions from signed agreements through to closing. You’ll work directly alongside top-producing agents and gain access to listing opportunities through our team’s proven lead systems. Added Value • Access to seller opportunities through team lead systems • Direct collaboration with top-producing agents • Structured coaching and mentorship • Proven tools designed for listing success Responsibilities: • Send a weekly report to clients on their listing status so we can maintain our good customer service standing • Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly • Handle all aspects of MLS and marketing listings, such as completing listing paperwork, posting to MLS and social media, and implementing a marketing plan to ensure quick sales • Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings • Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service Qualifications: • Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Shows in-depth knowledge of real estate industry and can accurately conduct market research • Strong communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills • Capable of using CRM software to keep customer information organized and confidential Compensation: $140,000 at plan
