Responsibilities: • Manage all aspects of MLS listings, including filling out listing paperwork, posting to MLS, posting to social media, and producing a marketing plan that leads to quick sales • Assist clients on closing days by being present during their final step of the home-buying process when needed • Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly • Respond to all leads and potential homebuyers in a timely fashion to build a strong client base • Achieve the best deal possible for the seller by conducting extensive market analysis to determine the listing price Qualifications: • Must have a valid Real Estate License • Completes tasks quickly and efficiently • Team player who believes their success is the team’s success • 1+ year of prior experience in the real estate industry • Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Superb time management, interpersonal, and communication skills Compensation: $80,000+ (Commission Only)
