Responsibilities: • Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly • Research the surrounding real estate market to determine the best listing price for the seller • Work closely with Buyers’ Agents to negotiate contracts to closing • Make a listing presentation for the seller to explain the home’s key selling points and asking price • Acquire new leads from sales agents and reach out to them to set up listing appointments • Negotiate contracts with buyer’s agents to achieve the best deal possible for the client • Respond to all leads and potential homebuyers in a timely fashion to build a strong client base Qualifications: • Excellent understanding of the real estate market conditions and how to utilize market analysis • At least one year of work experience in real estate sales • Completes tasks quickly and efficiently • Great communication skills, interpersonal skills, and time management skills • Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Must possess or be willing to obtain a TN and/or MS real estate license Compensation: $80,000+
