Responsibilities: • Support customers by attending closing processes when necessary • Respond to all leads and potential homebuyers in a timely fashion to build a strong client base • Work closely with Buyers’ Agents to negotiate contracts to closing • Oversee contract processes alongside buyer’s agents to negotiate contracts • Prospect pre-qualified leads generated by sales agents to convert them into new business and schedule listing appointments Qualifications: • Excellent understanding of the real estate market conditions and how to utilize market analysis • Completes tasks quickly and efficiently • Team player who believes their success is the team’s success • Familiar with customer databases used to store private client information • Currently licensed in real estate • Must possess or be willing to obtain a TN and/or MS real estate license Compensation: $90,000+
