Responsibilities: • Assist clients on closing days by being present during their final step of the home-buying process when needed • Complete real estate listing paperwork, create new MLS listings, post listings to social media, and implement a marketing plan for new listings to ensure accurate information that promotes quick sales • Reach out to all inquiries with the goal of converting leads into listing appointments • Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings • Market and stage homes to help attract potential buyers quickly Qualifications: • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Currently licensed in real estate • Completes tasks quickly and efficiently • Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself • At least one year of work experience in real estate sales • Superb communication • Real estate license required in order to work with clients and earn commissions Compensation: $150,000+ at plan
