Responsibilities: • Achieve productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads) in order to meet the needs of our customers • Making outbound calls, communicating via email and overseeing and managing the sales pipeline are primary responsibilities to ensure the buying/selling needs of our customers are met • Create and maintain a database of clients to ensure organization and follow-up • Produces sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure all sales goals are met • Become a pro at overcoming objections and providing the team value proposition through the use of our scripts so that our customers can identify our team’s professionalism and integrity in all situations Qualifications: • Positive, enthusiastic, motivated and solution oriented • You are a natural organizer, everything in its place and your time management skills are spot on • Driven to succeed in sales and in life • Great phone presence with a closer mentality • You are in your element working with others and have great communication skills • Real Estate License Compensation: $75,000+ at plan commission
