Responsibilities: • Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service • Work with clients to stage and market homes that draw in homebuyers and their real estate agents to achieve a quick sale • Conduct market analysis to ensure listing prices are well-researched • Negotiate contracts with buyer’s agents to achieve the best deal possible for the client • Make a listing presentation for the seller to explain the home’s key selling points and asking price • Conduct professional listing consultations to understand homeowner goals, timelines, and pricing strategy. • Prepare and present high-impact listing presentations backed by Tillung Tampa Bay’s proven systems. • Manage every step of the listing process—from pre-listing preparation to close—with precision, communication, and clarity. • Coordinate with marketing, media vendors, and support staff to launch listings with world-class exposure. • Advise clients on market trends, pricing insights, staging, and property preparation to maximize value. • Negotiate offers and inspection terms with confidence, strategy, and professionalism. • Deliver a concierge-level client experience that is transparent, proactive, and results-driven. Qualifications: • Completes tasks quickly and efficiently • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Currently licensed in real estate • Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself • Strong communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills • Highly driven, self-motivated, and committed to excellence. • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • Exceptional organizational and project management abilities. • Tech-forward and comfortable using modern real estate platforms and tools. • Prior listing or strong sales experience preferred. • Three professional references required (please include on the last page of your resume). • A valid Florida Real Estate License is required for this role. Compensation: $100,000+
