    We are seeking a highly motivated, proactive, and organized Real Estate Listing Assistant to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, a polished communicator, and have an understanding of the unique needs of senior clientele. This role is critical in ensuring smooth real estate transactions, from listing to closing, while maintaining excellent communication with all parties involved. Responsibilities: • Start and manage listing paperwork and utilize Zipforms/DocuSign for drafting and managing contracts • Develop and draft compelling marketing language for property listings • MLS input for new listings and assist in preparation of marketing materials • Ongoing checking of properties, making sure marketing items are stocked • Communicate efficiently with sellers, ensuring pre- and post-showing follow-ups are conducted. • Collaborate with vendors and manage relationships to ensure competitive and accurate estimates • Define and document the listing process from pre-listing to post-closing • Manage open houses, including setting up protocols and overseeing operations • Generate and document neighborhood amenities to enhance future listings • Collaborate with our marketing team to create new ideas for listings • Set up and manage neighborhood “Compass Collections” for sellers • Other administrative and operational tasks related to listings, assisting agents, and communicating with seller clients Qualifications: • Strong technical skills, including usage of AI • Proficiency in CRM tools and digital signature platforms like DocuSign • Exceptional communication and organizational skills • Strong ability to draft and edit marketing content • Ability to create, define, and implement processes effectively • Prior real estate or related field experience required Compensation: $25 - $35 hourly
