Responsibilities: • Lead and manage your own Help-U-Sell office, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service delivery. • Develop and implement strategic plans to grow your market presence and expand your territory. • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding client experiences. • Utilize our proven flat-fee model to attract motivated sellers and increase your listings. • Leverage Help-U-Sell's technology and marketing tools to enhance productivity and maintain low overhead costs. • Build strong relationships with clients, providing expert guidance and support throughout the buying and selling process. • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation in your business strategy.
