  • Responsibilities

    The Real Estate Sales Listing Specialist is responsible for securing property listings, advising homeowners on pricing and market strategy, and managing the listing process from initial consultation through contract. This role focuses on generating seller leads, converting them into clients, and ensuring listings are marketed effectively to achieve timely and profitable sales. Responsibilities: • Prospect and generate new seller leads through calls, networking, and marketing efforts • Conduct listing presentations and secure signed listing agreements • Advise clients on pricing strategies using market data and comparable sales • Coordinate property preparation including staging, photography, and repairs • Oversee listing marketing across MLS, social media, and other platforms • Communicate regularly with clients regarding market feedback and updates • Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of sellers • Collaborate with buyers agents, transaction coordinators, and other team members • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems • Stay current on local market trends and real estate regulations Qualifications: • Encourages and is open to innovative ideas and suggestions • Develop new concepts based on input • 2 or more years experience in an Ad Agency or Real Estate Sales environment required • Strong communication skills both verbal and written are a must • B.A. or B.S. in Marketing, Journalism, Business or related major required • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills • Ability to analyze market data and pricing trends • Self motivated with a results driven mindset • Excellent time management and organizational skills • Professional appearance and client focused attitude Compensation: $100,000 - $200,000 commission based OTE
