Responsibilities: • Gather all listing information including property photos, pre-listing materials, comparative market analysis with online property profiles, and MLS research • Execute and follow the 110+ point CVRG Listing Checklist from beginning to end without missing any steps, daily. • Impeccably manage Dotloop tasks and the organization of files. • Research all properties. • Schedule and maintain calendar invitations for all staging, photos, and measurements for each listing. • Maintain meticulous MLS listing data entry and data integrity. • Meticulously and timely communicate needs to 3rd party vendors on any listing. • Coordinate all attorney details with the client. • Verify compliance on all listing documents, contract documents, and closing documents. Qualifications: • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job • Thrives on providing excellent customer service • Easily navigates basic computer programs and can create clear spreadsheets using Excel • Must have a high school diploma or GED, some college experience is a bonus • Capable of communicating effectively in both writing and in person • Previous real estate experience • Knowledge of the local real estate industry Compensation: $50,000 yearly
