Responsibilities: • Gather all listing information including pre-listing materials, online property profiles, and other pertinent information to effectively build listings on the MLS • Arrange showing instructions and feedback from agents/buyers and schedule open houses on the MLS • Acting as liaison between our agents, clients, and photographers throughout the pre-listing portion of the transaction • Acquire necessary signatures for each listing agreement, seller disclosures, and other required documentation to upload to our files for compliance purposes • Maintaining ADRE files and the production, coordination, and processing of all information and documents pertaining to each transaction • Monitoring and assessing the progress of the listing so that deadlines are met • Performing administrative and clerical duties including setting photography appointments Qualifications: • Transaction Coordination Experience (required) • Arizona Licensed Agent (required) • Residential Real Estate Experience (a plus) • Strong Communication & Organizational Skills • 5-Star Customer Service Skills • High Attention To Detail & Deadlines • Ability To Multi-task & Problem-solve • Excellent Clerical & Administrative Background • Knowledge Of Real Estate Administrative Systems • Proficient Computer Skills (Google/Word/Excel/Outlook) Compensation: $40,000 - $48,000 yearly
