As our business continues to grow, we’re seeking a Listing/Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing and administrative operations behind the scenes. This position is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and organized, with a passion for real estate marketing and back-end support. Responsibilities: • MLS Management : Accurately enter, update, and manage property listings in the MLS with attention to detail • Listing Coordination : Organize and manage all listing documentation, including property descriptions, disclosures, and supporting documents • Marketing Content Creation : Develop engaging social media content for new listings, “just sold” posts, open houses, and client testimonials • Email Campaigns : Design and distribute email marketing campaigns to promote listings, market updates, and newsletters • Print & Digital Collateral: Create and maintain property-specific marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, and postcards • Direct Mail Campaigns : Assist with preparing mailing lists and coordinating printing and shipping for direct mail marketing • Online Syndication : Ensure listing information is accurately syndicated across platforms such as Zillow, Redfin, Realtor.com, etc. • Brand Management : Maintain a consistent brand presence across all social media platforms and marketing collaterals • Project Support: Assist with ongoing marketing initiatives including lead generation funnels, landing pages, and listing promotions On-Site Support : • Install and remove lockboxes and yard signs at listings, do property walkthroughs • Assist with inspections , appraisals , and other property appointments • Coordinate and deliver client gifts • Manage and restock office supplies as needed Qualifications: • 1–3 years of experience in real estate administration, marketing, or data entry • Familiar with MLS platforms, Canva, Google Workspace, and social media tools • Familiar with email marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp, Constant Contact, KVCore) • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills • Experience with print and digital marketing for real estate listings a plus • Excellent written communication skills for content and listing entry • Driver's license • Experience in real estate or with a real estate team is highly preferred Compensation: $15 - $17 hourly
