We’re looking for an organized, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented Listing Coordinator to join our top-producing lake real estate team. This role is the backbone of our listing process — managing every detail from start to finish to ensure our sellers and agents experience smooth, professional, and well-marketed property launches. Responsibilities: • Gather property details, paperwork, and disclosures • Coordinate and attend professional photography sessions • Capture quick social media clips and assist with marketing posts • Upload listings, photos, and showing instructions to MLS/BrokerBay • Manage signage, lockboxes, and property keys • Create drone/aerial photos for land listings • Post listings on social media and maintain marketing checklists • Keep CRM updated and track all client and listing activity • Communicate updates to sellers and agents • Coordinate open houses, price changes, and extensions • Handle sign and lockbox removal after closing • Support the team with admin tasks, cost tracking, and event prep • Partner with the Operations Manager to strengthen our social media presence Qualifications: • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills • Strong communication and attention to detail • Comfortable with social media and Google Workspace • Drone/photo editing experience a plus • Real estate or marketing experience preferred, but not required Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000 yearly
