    Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing exceptional client service? The Wall Team Realty Associates is seeking a Listing Coordinator to support our listing team and seller clients through every stage of the listing process. About the Role As a Listing Coordinator, you will play a vital role in managing team listing files and serving as the point of contact for sellers from the moment their home is listed until an executed contract is in place. This position requires excellent communication, multitasking skills, and a commitment to delivering a world-class client experience. You must be a team player! Responsibilities: • Manage team listing files and seller clients from listing through executed contract. • Prepare files and maintain a detailed checklist through every stage of the process. • Confirm all listing documents are gathered, accurate, and fully executed. • Coordinate photos, lockbox setup, sign installation, and other marketing efforts. • Prepare and send introductory letters and marketing plans. • Generate and distribute daily listing reports to the team. • Review agreements, disclosures, and other documents for accuracy. • Enter listings and price changes into MLS promptly. • Prepare and deliver marketing brochures and materials on time. • Maintain CRM with up-to-date client and listing information. • Follow up on showings and share feedback with sellers. • Schedule and promote open houses across designated platforms. • Maintain weekly contact with active sellers, providing market updates. • Support sellers with questions, price reductions, and status updates. • Handle inquiries when the listing agent is unavailable. • Coordinate with vendors (photographers, stagers, sign companies, etc.). • Deliver excellent customer service with professionalism and positivity. Qualifications: • Active real estate license in Texas. • Proven experience in real estate transactions, preferably in a support or administrative role. • Proficiency in using real estate software and platforms for listings and transactions. • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients and team members. • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines. • Proficient in using office productivity tools such as Microsoft Office. • Professional appearance and demeanor, and a customer-centric approach. • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle unforeseen challenges. Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000+ commensurate on skill level and experience
