As our Listing Photographer, you’ll be the creative eye behind every Pemberton Homes listing! From coordinating shoots to delivering beautifully edited photos, you’ll bring each property to life through stunning visuals. Your work will empower our agents to market homes with impact and tell a compelling story through every image. Responsibilities: • Schedule, plan, and conduct professional real estate photography and 3D/ Walkthrough shoots for residential listings, ensuring consistency in Pemberton's brand aesthetic. • Perform accurate post-production editing to deliver high-resolution images and virtual tours optimized for MLS, social media, and print marketing. • Collaborate with listing agents to capture unique home features and neighborhood context. • Manage timely upload and labeling of photos to MLS, company portals, and shared drives. • Maintain an organized asset library. • Propose creative visual enhancements (e.g., twilight shots, aerial drone imagery, floor-plan overlays) to elevate listings. • Maintain professional, punctual communication with agents and clients regarding scheduling, revisions, and deliverables. Qualifications: • Proven experience in real estate photography , strong portfolio required. • Proficiency with DSLR/mirrorless cameras , wide-angle lenses, tripods, and staging principles. • Excellent attention to detail , consistent image styling, and high visual standards. • Reliable transportation and flexible availability for photo shoots. • Strong communication and client-service skills—professional yet approachable demeanor. • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with agents and the listing team.
