Responsibilities: • Build long-term client relationships through consistent communication, proactive service, and exceptional care. • Partner with the Dan Chin Homes administrative team to prepare, price, and market listings effectively throughout Dane County and surrounding areas. • Respond quickly to listing inquiries, leads, and showing requests to maintain momentum and maximize exposure. • Work closely with Buyers’ Agents to negotiate offers and guide listings to a successful closing. • Attract new clients by implementing proven marketing strategies, leveraging team resources, and applying in-depth local market knowledge. • Conduct thorough market analyses to recommend accurate, competitive listing prices based on trends and comparable sales. • Engage potential sellers through the team’s extensive lead database, converting opportunities into active listings. • Deliver persuasive listing presentations that educate sellers and instill confidence. • Facilitate negotiations among buyers, sellers, and agents to achieve the best possible outcomes. • Coordinate with lenders, appraisers, inspectors, and title companies to ensure a seamless transaction process.
