Responsibilities: • Negotiate contracts with buyer’s agents to achieve the best deal possible for the client • Acquire new leads from sales agents and reach out to them to set up listing appointments • Send a weekly report to clients on their listing status so we can maintain our good customer service standing • Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service • Handle all aspects of MLS and marketing listings, such as completing listing paperwork, posting to MLS and social media, and implementing a marketing plan to ensure quick sales Qualifications: • One year of work experience in real estate • Capable of using CRM software to keep customer information organized and confidential • Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Currently licensed in real estate • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone Compensation: $100,000+ at plan commission
