Responsibilities: • Oversee contract processes alongside buyer’s agents to negotiate contracts • Provide sellers with a clear listing presentation that includes key selling points and the suggested asking price • Research the surrounding real estate market to determine the best listing price for the seller • Respond to all leads and potential homebuyers in a timely fashion to build a strong client base • Hold open houses and coordinate all home inspections and showings • Lead generation • Lead follow up • Database campaigns • Set listing appointments • Close listing appointments • Close sales • Sales talk mastery • Follow the plan Qualifications: • Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself • Strong communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills • Currently licensed in real estate • Excellent understanding of the real estate market conditions and how to utilize market analysis • Team player who believes their success is the team’s success • A real estate license required • Good communication • Sales experience • Must live within daily driving distance of the office Compensation: $165,000 at plan
