Responsibilities: • Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings • Prospect pre-qualified leads generated by sales agents to convert them into new business and schedule listing appointments • Achieve the best deal possible for the seller by conducting extensive market analysis to determine the listing price • Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business • Work with clients to stage and market homes that draw in homebuyers and their real estate agents to achieve a quick sale Qualifications: • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job • Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Team player who believes their success is the team’s success • Completes tasks quickly and efficiently • Strong communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills • Commission opportunity Compensation: $160,000 at plan
