Responsibilities: • Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service • Close the best deal possible by negotiating contracts with buyer’s agents • Coordinate with home inspectors and realtors to schedule inspections, open houses, and showings • Support customers by attending closing processes when necessary • Stage and market homes to attract potential buyers quickly Qualifications: • Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself • Possesses a real estate license • Familiar with customer databases used to store private client information • Strong communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills • Commission opportunity • Superb communication • Real estate license required Compensation: $80,000 - $170,000 at plan
