Responsibilities: • Oversee contract processes alongside buyer’s agents to negotiate contracts • Contact all leads and requests in a timely manner to ensure growth of our customer base • Achieve the best deal possible for the seller by conducting extensive market analysis to determine the listing price • Present suggested asking prices and key selling points to the seller so they understand the best price for their home • Work closely with Buyers’ Agents to negotiate contracts to closing Qualifications: • At least one year of work experience in real estate sales • Ability to use real estate CRM to keep client data safe and orderly • Completes tasks quickly and efficiently • Team player who believes their success is the team’s success • Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies Compensation: $59,500 at plan earnings
