Responsibilities: • Negotiate contracts with buyer’s agents to achieve the best deal possible for the client • Call clients to give weekly reports on the status of their listing so they are more likely to provide good customer ratings and referrals • Stage and market homes to attract potential buyers quickly • Provide sellers with a clear listing presentation that includes key selling points and the suggested asking price • Coordinate with home inspectors and realtors to schedule inspections, open houses, and showings Qualifications: • Must have a valid Real Estate License • Currently licensed in real estate • At least one year of work experience in real estate sales • Completes tasks quickly and efficiently • Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone Compensation: $150,000+
