Responsibilities: • Support customers by attending closing processes when necessary • Manage all aspects of MLS listings, including filling out listing paperwork, posting to MLS, posting to social media, and producing a marketing plan that leads to quick sales • Work with clients to stage and market homes that draw in homebuyers and their real estate agents to achieve a quick sale • Research the surrounding real estate market to determine the best listing price for the seller • Respond to all leads and potential homebuyers in a timely fashion to build a strong client base Qualifications: • Familiar with customer databases used to store private client information • Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself • Completes tasks quickly and efficiently • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Possesses a real estate license Compensation: $80,000+ at plan earnings
