Responsibilities: • Assist with preparing and organizing listing paperwork, including contracts, agreements, and other documents • Coordinate and schedule listing appointments with clients and team members • Create and maintain accurate listing files and databases • Communicate with clients, vendors, and other team members in a professional and timely manner • Ensure that all listing documents and information are accurate and up-to-date • Research properties and neighborhoods to support the listing team • Help to prepare marketing materials and coordinate marketing efforts for listings • Perform general office duties, such as answering phones, responding to emails, and managing incoming and outgoing mail Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred • Experience in real estate, sales, or customer service preferred • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong organizational and time management skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer programs • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and completeness Compensation: $14 - $15 hourly
