Real Estate Listing & Transaction Coordinator
We are searching for a listing & transaction coordinator who has a genuine desire to help others, takes pride in their quality of work, enjoys a modern and fast-paced work environment, and also has the ability to multitask and solve problems. Your job will be to manage the listing and buying process from start to finish, including arranging all listing information on the MLS database, completing contracts with sellers and buyers, posting and maintaining MLS listings, confirming transaction details, preparing for closings and open houses, and tracking sales activity in our database to properly showcase results. Responsibilities: • Prepare all listing information including property photography, pre-listing presentations, comparative market analysis, and online research for each property on the MLS database • Post new listings to social media and in MLS to sell homes quickly and give customers an excellent experience • Ensure file compliance for the office broker by sending completed listing agreements, sellers’ disclosures, and other documents • Manage our office, including opening and closing each day, and preparing marketing materials for the team of salespeople who work in the office • Keep track of all sales activity and input client information into the CRM to produce reports and share goal progress with the team • Produce and manage MLS listings and social media so homes sell as soon as possible and customers are satisfied • Supervise all parts of seller transactions, from first contact to the execution of purchase agreement, allowing real estate agents to sell more homes • Follow up with sellers to complete listing agreements, disclosures, and any other required paperwork needed to send to the office broker for file compliance Qualifications: • Experience in real estate, transaction coordination, titles, or mortgages is preferred • Driven to create an excellent customer service experience for each client • Able to convey information well in both a written and verbal format • Must have a high school diploma or GED, some college experience is a bonus • Able to use Excel to display data clearly, as well as use basic computer programs • Ability to work in-person, in our office in Worcester • Excited about using tools like ai and custom software built for our team Compensation: $50,000
